When you work yourself up to set a new true 5RM squat PR, and feel amped and ready to go throughout the warm up sets.
Get set under the bar, and bust out 5 gut wrenching reps, set the bar back and mentally high five yourself in victory.
Go to unpack the weights... and realize you forgot to put the extra 5lbs on each side that would have made it a new PR.
