How far did ya run BOIST?
I hate working out/running after a long break, especially the first few trainings are horrible lol.don't know lol
i try do time > distance
once i slowly get better again (my best was an hour before my exams and I stopped everything) I'll start looking at distance again
Give us a review, imo.i bought one of those expensive healthy drinks on my way back

That is true, started working out this week and noticed that the GAINZ are coming faster than before.yeah lol
i felt like a beginner a few days ago when I first started, but the good thing is, you build yourself back up way faster.
I'm already running 20 minutes now. Gonna keep to 20 minutes for a few more runs, then slowly go to 25.
