He hasn't officially retired. Fighters are eligible for HOFA within one year after their retirement, generally speaking. Sure, he last fought in Nov. 2022, but it wasn't his last fight according to him.

It's crazy, for two reasons. One is, bc it is crazy that it's true at all, like, even in the first place, and it 100% is (like, for real, wtf?). It's also crazy, bc, realistically, it's supposed to be more legit, anyway, and it turned out that it rightfully is. Minowa is the real Hluk of Hluks, he fought at OW with PRIDE rules against two dude who were like 300lbs, and tapped them out. Then, to prove he wasn't a one trick pony, he fought a dude who was closer to his size (but still bigger) and knocked him the fuck out. Odds in a potential fight with Jones are dead even.
