I am currently lifting weights and building up my endurance. Trained a little mma before, and want to get into fighting and becomming a pro, but sadly there is no gym in my city. I will move to another city in two months time, and start training mma, bjj, wrestling, boxing, and all that sweet shit.
Currently I am just thinking of loosing weight, so I can drop down to 185, and become shredded, while increasing strenght. I will also be streching and doing mobility work, and some explosive work.
Currrently training weights 3x times a week, and endurance 5x times a week. I am training in the 5rep range, and whenever, I feel that the weights are light, I add weights. Currently weak, but soon strong.
NOTE: I will never, add the weights of the barbell/Ez curl etc, into my lifts. I use the normal olympic barbell (45 lbs = 20kg), and the Ez-curl is normal.
My current 1rm max are:
Bench: 125
Squat: 150
Deadlift: 210
Overhead Press: 90
Row: 90
Shrug: 140
