They take good, honest words like favor and stick a 'u' in it. Fuck that.
I'm against it 100%.
Why must they be sou with wourds?

And don't try to give me any of that English was developed before America crap.
I don't need any Continuity Hitlers trying to correct me with facts

Also, for favoUr, savoUr, coloUr, etc.blame the frenchies (i.e. Canada).

No no no. This thread is too many kinds of misguided for me to bring the Frogs into it.
Keep it simple, the English are the real proublem

Americans misspelled basic words so many times so they just adopted the new way.

do you realise how crazy you sound?

@RoryFan

edit: haha beat me to it.

People who spell words that end in
-ed with a "t" instead should be euthanized. Ie, learnt.

English makes no sense. So many words are pronounced the exact same, yet they're spelled different & have different meaning.

Also the "I'm on a bus" & "I'm in a car" crap is just silly. I'd hate to have to learn English

Crazy people never realise they're crazy it's what makes them crazy.

Notice how 'realise" is spelt with an S you sadistic fucks.
you're crasy

Pointless discussion, I didn't bother to read it. The English spelling is always correct as the language is English.
If people don't like this they can always use the native languages of the countries they're in or come up with their own language.

It won't be too long until all you Americans are speaking Spanish anyway so you can have the same discussion with Spaniards when you ruin their language too.

Them english are definitely conts, and I don't mean counts.
But the French are at fault here. Favor in Spanish is favOr, in Portuguese it is favOr, in Italian it is favOre. In French it's favEUr. Freanching savages!!!

Heck, ts, if you're not willing to blame the French, how do you manage to live with yourself?
