End of Week 8/Block 2

Another small milestone achieved: I weigh around 89 kilos. Today, I managed to pull 3 x 3 x 90 kilos. The first time I've lifted my own bodyweight since I started back in August last year.

OK, I was using a Trap Bar, but after the year I've had, I'll take whatever Wins I can get. :cool:

Smith Machine Incline Bench:

4 X 4 X 41kg

Machine Rows:

3 X 8 X 40kg

Rope Pushdowns:

3 X 8 X 27kg

Leg X:

3 X 8 X 35kg

Chest Supported Dumbbell Rows:

3 X 6 X 18kg
