Its 2am in Rio now, they make It a late event to apeal too the usa vierwship(Brazilians pay 60U$ for every event of the year, they dont bring UFC money)... But then they put a card with low name power.
So its bad for the live audience but It also dont bring that many extra eyeballs with the time.
