It's easy enough to take the outside blind angle on someone so that their side or back is facing you. You simply shift into open stance if you aren't already in it while moving past their lead foot and pinning them in place with something, and if you really want to drive it home, circle in the other direction first. But if the fighters are in closed (ie. the same) stances how do you blindside someone from the inside angle? can you even do it effectively?

Taking the inside angle is doable but I'm more focused on your question regarding a blind angle. I don't think you can take a blind angle while slipping inside vs. outside. If you mean that you want to take an angle where you slip outside of their line of sight briefly, I guess you have to wait for them to throw a rear hand strike and then slip outside that rear hand shoulder while they're extended. Or go low before coming up on the inside - that requires better instruction than I can type.
