Uh Miocic has an 80" reach. His arms look short for his frame but its more that he has very wide shoulders and average arms and big hands on a 6'4 frame.

Miocic, DC, GSP, Woodley, Mcgregor, Holloway, TJ, DJ none of these fighters have a short reach for their frame save maybe Holloway but thats due more to his super narrow shoulders than a short reach.

You could go to boxing - fighters who did okay with short reach include Mike Tyson, Rocky Marciano, Roberto Duran, Manny Pacquiao. Of course it comes down to what is meant by short reach, there's no agreed upon definition.
