Songs where MMA is mentioned

Around 3:42, Nate Diaz makes a
quick cameo when 40 mentions squabbles

"Not a bb or pellet gun-
But a long-barrel base-drum
If I get into it, I won't run-
Imma give a n*gga a fair one."

My flow is Sexual Chocolate not outta Jackson Heights
But out of Flushing where we hitting hard like Quinton Jackson fights
Been on the rampage, you motha fuckas half as nice
Verbally jig you with the bangerthen I pass the knife

Your basic elevate my skills to the type of shit that Gracie’s on
Omoplata,guard your nose, Haloti Ngata
Total knocker, seldom sipping Stoli Vodka

Talkin business in the bath house

The crib look like Shaq house
Uh, sharp foot like i'm John Bones Jones, kid

Only thing for me to do is go in

I’m Royce Gracie the magician of submission, elegance in the kitchen
My ambition ain't to glisten

Love this song first verse is all MMA references

Wow this actually awesome, i didn't realise how many there are :)

"Harder than a soft right hook from Kimbo"

It's not just hip-hop, punk bands have silly lyrics sometimes too.;)

I have a few albums from a Japanese punk band called "Idol Punch" and Bob Sapp appears (without permission) in the artwork several times

Also I was listening to "Hot Cross" today and the chorus to one of their songs is "Catch as catch can", a reference to catch wrestling.

Mike Watt references catch wrestling (scientific wrestling) on his album "Ball-Hog or Tugboat"

Wish I wasn't at work so I could post the youtube vid, but check out Original Rudeboys - The Takeover

Basically a song about GOAT McGregor, with GOAT McGregor soundbytes as the chorus

GSP is mentioned in this one. It also has as a bonus - a cameo from Jim Lahey in the vid.:D

At 2:28 Celph Titled goes - "Oh you a UFC fighter? Let's see If you could be a Uzi survivor I'ma shoot on arrival."

Lmao, he always comes up with some hilarious lines.

This kind of thing could only work in rap.

Here's one from someone you wouldn't expect

Fiona Apple - Anything We Want

Let's pretend we're eight years old playing hookey
I'll draw on the wall and you can play UFC rookie

I actually stopped listening to Dilated Peoples because of the bjj references.
I don't want to hear a song with references to putting guys in triangle chokes.
