    I ripped these from IG so they are all a minute long. Weight about 245, in the process of getting to around 235 or whatever feels best. All feedback welcome!

    You move and hit fast for a big guy, I'm not a boxer so maybe some boxers can provide more insight that I might not see

    You move well for a big guy! Looks like you're losing a little steam with the right hand, most evident during sparring, by dragging your right leg behind and leaning forward. Generally it seems your sacrificing a little power for speed, and movement. It's hard to tell with short videos though. How much are you practicing sitting down?

    You have awesome leverages overall with your body type, your hooks are at the range of my overhands lol. Looks like you have a lot of potential! It's rare to see big guys move like that and with your height, damn. What's your record and how old are you?
