    I watched an MLB game the other day -- and I think this makes me a baseball hipster, right?

    Just apply hipster stereotypes to a Muay Thai fan.

    In this case the very common stereotype of knowing something before everyone else.

    It needs to be more specific.

    For example, does a muay thai hipster spell Kulabdam or Gularpdam? Rodtung or Rodtang/Rottung? Pet U Thong or Phet-Utong? Petdam or Phetdum?

    Well they certainly wouldn't be calling Kongnapa "Gonnapar". But then again, they wouldn't talk about him in general because he's fighting bums in Japan.

    Or because his reputation in Muay Thai is unknown, and that he's entirely viewed as a kickboxer.
