enfusion can try and sue who ever they want but all they are doing is wasting that sweet drug money they keep laundering. One of enfusions representatives has even admitted the payment was late to badr so good luck trying to get a court to enforce a contract that became worthless because of their own screwup

I am aware but that hurts their case as well because if it was signed and was a done deal after the payment was late then why did they continue negotiations with badr? Buy doing that enfusion is basically admitting the first contract is not valid otherwise they would have just said to badr we already have a signed valid contract and their is nothing left to discuss related to financial matters.
