I know im making errors between le passe et l'imparfait because I'm refering to an event "the fourth of july" that is reoccuring, so I'm confusing myself.

I gotta tell you something pal. I could correct the whole thing and turn it into a good text, but I'd rewrite so much stuff, I'd never have to time to give you the reason why for each point so I don't think that'd help much would it?

You do some pretty tough conjugation mistakes but the biggest mistakes you do are just non-idiomatic use/expression and even some "calques" as we call it in french (like for instance we don't say 4eme for a day, we say "le 4 juillet") and wrong associations of feminine/masculine.

It's very common anyway, and I don't know what you were expected to work on so...
