This was great, ONE put on a hell of a card this time around. I find they usually always do but this one in particular was insane...Also Shannon has fought Muay Thai a lot perhaps the dance you are referring too is the Wai Kru?

I seriously thought of that japanese guy who was going to catch diaz's punches (with parries only) and they got lit up. Only One Shin was able to slip punches seemingly in slow motion.

It was so cool (both meanings).
