I have sustained a rib injury that the doctor called a "separated rib". I've broken bones, had concussions, dislocations, etc and nothing has been this debilitating or painful. It happend yesterday and I could barely dress myself this morning.
I used to hear about fighters pulling out due to similar injuries and I use to think they were being pussies. I mean nothing is even broken...I was a fucking idiot.
Anyone else experience this kind of injury during training?
