Scars on body from training?

Does anyone else get scars on their body sometimes from body punches and knees? Got kneed bad and was bruised for weeks now there's a scar.

I've got a scar on my forehead that you can only see when its really hot or when I've been exercising a lot. From when my forehead got split by a knee after I made the extremely poorly informed choice to duck under a punch like you would in boxing in my first full Thai rules fight.

I got hit with a pretty hard middle kick in sparring last monday and the entire left side of my body is yellow at the moment, lol.
