The president of Fight Nights Kamil Gadjiev today proposed that there should be a tournament in Russia to decide who is the strongest promotion and challenged 3 of the biggest promotions in Russia, Akhmat, ACB and M1

Kamil Gadjiev:
With all due respect to colleagues from other promotions, these four are the most popular in Russia. I think that the audience would like to see a tournament with the participation of the heroes of the championship, the tournament is possible, the following issues need to be discussed:
- Place and time - the rules - cell size - the judiciary - equipment fighters - Other # # mma Russia

So far the president of ACB(Mairbek Khasiev) and the president of Akhmat(Arbi Vismuradov) have accepted.
This tournament (if it happens) will include champions from all the four promotions.

Interesting. I think M-1 will get it, but some great fighters have developed through Fight Night and Akhmat.

Also, Tokov to beat Emeev. I want to see both in the ufc tho

I actually think Akhmat and ACB has stronger fighters but it would be really interesting if this tournament would happen

What a massive Tony! But I doubt its realistic possibility

That's great to hear, I hope this promotions combine and turn into 1.

Who exactly ?

Akhmat has the strongest Flyweight division with Magomed Bibulatov, they also have Khaliev, Dzhamaldaev, Ankalaev and many other good fighters. ACB has the best lightweight division in Russia and Europe with fighters like Abdulvakhabov, Bagov, Shabily, Rogers, Vartanyan and Khamanaev(Former M1-champion).

That would be awesome if it happened. Imagine some of the tournaments....

If you are interested ACB stripped and fired Tokov. According to them Tokov didn't sign new contract with them while his manager was saying that Tokov will soon sign new contract (and manager was saying that for 4 months). Also, they said that Tokov's manager used ACB deal and money mentioned in it to negotiate with Russian and foreign promotions.
Also there is pictures from people from promotions like their fantasy team for that cross-promotion thing, I think Noxcho18 have seen it and maybe will post it here.

Yes Tokov is not part of ACB anymore and please do post it

Using the brackets i said, the winners for each tournament i would have:

HW: Pavlovich (Fight Nights)
LHW: Ankalaev (Akhmat)
MW: Mineev (Fight Nights)
WW: Kunchenko (M1)
LW: Machaev (Fight Nights)
FW: Mirzaev (Fight Nights)
BW: Borisov (ACB)
FLW: Bibulatov (Akhmat)

So i have Fight Nights winning 3, Akhmat winning 2, M1 & ACB winning 1. Though some of them were toss ups (Pavlovich/Smoldarev, Mineev/Tokov, Kunchenko/Ushukov etc).

Nice picks, in my opinion i think
HW: Goltsov
LHW: Ankalaev
MW: Emeev
WW: Vagaev (Akhmat dosent have a ww champion yet, Vagaev and Ushukov will fight for it 12 November and i think Vagaev will win)
LW: Khaliev
FW: Magomedsharipov
BW: Magomedov (ACB BW champion is not Borisov its Magomed Magomedov)
FLW: Bibulatov

I have it Akhamt winning with 4, Second is ACB with 3 and M1 winning 1. I think Magomedsharipov is one of the best strikers in Russia and would win against Mirzaev, and he would have a harder time with Dzhamaldaev then he would with Buchinger and Mirzaev. Emeev in my opinion is one of the best MW striker in Russia and he has good wrestling much better than Mineev.

I also think Khaliev would win because he is one of the best prospects unsigned by the UFC, Machaev is not a good striker he relies more on his ground game. Khaliev has really good striking and has good ground game.

I totally agree with your opinion. ACB got the best, but other promotion also has a gold
