- Passed away today (Sunday Nov 19th) at the age of 96. She entered Hospice care 2 days ago.
- She advocated for Mental Health issues
- Along with Jimmy she supported charitable work towards building affordable housing here and abroad.
- Supported efforts to eradicate Guinea Worm disease, help farmers in developing countries, help the training of nurses overseas.
- Teamed up with Michelle Obama to help soldiers with PTSD
- Was married to Jimmy for 77 years. Jimmy Carter is 99 and entered Hospice early this year.

On a positive note is worth noting that Jimmy Carter has been in hospice for about 3 years and might be on the verge of breaking some records if he lives a little longer.

I remember reading about a year ago that he entered Hospice, but the news article says he entered early this year.
 
RIP.

JImmy Carter will go down as the last morally consistent and decent president we had. The man who truly attempted to do the right thing in most instances.
 
She led a very good, long, and particularly blessed life. May she rest in peace.
