Crime Racially motivated shooting in Tulsa, Oklahoma

A Black man has been charged with fatally shooting two White strangers in the back of the head in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as part of what authorities are calling a racially motivated hate crime.
Carlton Gilford allegedly shot and killed two men to whom he did not have any connection on April 18, according to the Tulsa Police Department.
Police said Gifford, who according to jail records is homeless, went inside the Rudisill Library around 9:40 a.m., walked up behind a man sitting at a desk, and shot him in the back of the head.

Racially motivated violence is disgusting, if you're someone who loves his community, ask yourself what you're doing to prevent/stop it.

I think battling racism, especially racism that comes with violence, should be something we all get behind. There should not be "acceptable" racism, just because of vague "historical context" that some people are pushing.

i mean we don’t have to talk about it but it kinda exhibits the power imbalance previously mentioned in this thread. link in the article about this shooting also links to a case of a black man beating an asian woman in a hate crime and getting 17.5 years. this white lady does it and the state drops charges. she could still get prosecuted on a federal level, but that’s unclear.

of course as @Spetsnaz77 said, killing someone automatically makes you the most powerful person on earth, so i guess my point is moot.
