How does one become a mod?

Around the age of 8 they start training to become a mod.The MODS are trained in the discipline and honor of the MOD society...Sherdog MODS are trained from the age of 8 and are some of the most feared in the world. After years of training The final test for them is to troll a common person but if they fail and are outed as a troll the MOD community kills them off..the weak do not survive..if they pass this final test they become a MOD.. as they have the knowledge of both a troll and a MOD
