I was always a fan of the idea of #OneTrueChampion to defend the titles across brands. Leave the IC and US titles on Raw and SD, respectively, as the brand championships. Then have an Undisputed WWE World Heavyweight Champion of the Universe, Undisputed World Tag Team Champions, Women's Champion, Women's Tag Team Champions (if they must) and CW Champion. Those champions defend against the no. 1 contenders which would generally - but not in a strict/obvious pattern - alternate between shows. Play up that the champs are the only ones that have to show up on both shows every week, leading to them being worn down and proving that it's harder to stay the champion that it is to become the champion.
