Never been done before. Even the great United team of 99 lost 4. The decent Arsenal side of 2004 only lost 5 as well. Something for City to aim for.
They've not rested KdB yet & with Stones's injury they're back to relying on Kompany heading into a busy winter schedule.

Cloughies Forest went unbeaten for 44 odd games iirc

Only problem is, I'm not confident United, or anyone, will be able to capitalise even if City do have a poor 5-6 game run. Pray for a harsh winter and hope the City pri-madonnas come a cropper in it.

Luck plays a massive part in competitive leagues

- City have only lost a starting LB & a back up CB today so far.

- Utd lost their 2 best outfield players but had the summer to replace one & the other was for the duration of a very easy run of fixtures
