due to shitty quality and dark screen, perhaps. Can't see biscuits nor be sure its cocoa powder or a raspberry/blueberry/dark berry jam/jelly/any. However you can tell its mascarpone and not anything else, I'd like to know.

Well the cheesecakes im used to around here look more yellowish and not as clear white as mascarpone. But I know in america they can be pretty white as well. So I give you that. But the cacoa powder and the biscuits sticking out makes it a tiramisu imo.
