(Full disclosure, I am involved in the promotion of this event, but I do think this is an intriguing event)

RISE Invitational just booked a superfight with UFC Bantamweight Aljamain Sterling versus Sergio DaSilva (Vitor Shaolin black belt and Bellator verteran). 10 minutes, submission-only. I think it's going to be really interesting with Sterling's grappling and BJJ background versus an experienced black belt. Also interesting that Sterling defeated DaSilva in his first pro fight.
They are also featuring some other MMA vets in sub-only matches: Joe "Diesel" Riggs vs. Pete "Drago" Sell (Serra BB). And other matches along those lines with local black belts. Also Jason Rau (Danaher/Serra protege) and an 8-man EBI rules tournament at 155 lbs.
Thought you guys would be interested and/or want to discuss. The sub only movement is really taking off and MMA fighters want in on it. Will be streaming online, announcement soon on that.
