Recently my daughters and wife started watching this program on TV. I was advised by some other parents that the subject matter is unusually subversive for a kids tv show. Anyone have any experience with it? Googling it seem to suggest there's some controversy. Not sure if it's worth looking into

But ill fill you in;

One of the shows creators, is known for producing 'cuck porn'.

He has slyly put this theory into Bella and the Bulldogs. A 'bull' is the black guy to the white guys 'cuck'; Bella is often pictured with the weedy white boy and the more cocksure black guy.

In other stills, Bella has her ponytail covering the 'dogs' on her jersey, leaving it saying 'bull'.

As for the actual content of the show, its perfectly harmless; there is no sinister 'cucking' on display; Bella dates only white Texan boys.

The characters are a rainbow bunch of lovable scamps/teen jailbait, with no sexual innuendo or dodgy plots.

It should be suitable viewing for your daughter

The show is about a teen girl playing QB in a football team who is dating a black kid or something. The intersection of feminism and inter-racial relationships is a big, fat bulls-eye for anti-PC backlash.

EDIT: read about the controversy a little more, now I'm wondering if its true or not. Lot of smoke, but nothing is so overt that it can't be denied.
