NHL 23: Broken Sternums and Broken Dreams

Well if the Oilers blow this game too then it just isn't meant to be for them this year.

Shitty way to lose, but honestly we didn't deserve to win that game. Can't play for the last 13 minutes of the 3rd period and expect to win.

Tocchet looked pissed after the game in the post game presser. Stopped short of calling anyone out specifically, but was asked about Petterson and almost said something. Said that half a dozen guys are passengers out there, and he's not wrong.

Also, take Ian Cole out of the line up for fuck sakes. Next game, put Soucey back in and leave Jullsen in the line up. Cole is just god awful. It seems like every time he's out there, something bad almost happens/does happen. That PP goal by Drasaitl was Cole watching McChicken and leaving Drasaitl wide open. How many times are we going to let Drasaitl shoot from that exact same fucking spot? Silovs almost had it this time.

Onto game 5 back in VanCity.

Would've been way worse for the Oilers to lose the way the game went. Controlled the vast majority of it again and still the Canucks found a way to tie it with a rather fortunate deflection off an Oilers skate.

The Oilers' goals were way cleaner this game. If they do move on to the next round, even though Dallas is a better team, I'll be happy for the Oilers to play a team that doesn't have some kind of cockroach X-factor. lol.

I just noticed there is a guy wearing a blonde wig behind the stars bench , I think in homage to the big tit blond who usually sits there
