I haven't heard of almond milk before, is it it nice?

I currently use rice milk when not on the metabolic diet which i think is lush.

I have only been using it for a week. But so far i love it,taste imo way better than even whole milk. Off memory the nutrition is something like 1 cup -40 cal-0 ssugar-13carbs-1g protein-3g of fat

Maybe some of the nutrition gurus on here can speak more about it

I also love its long shelf life. Good for over a month.

Get unsweetened almond milk if you don't already, sugar = satan.

Also, ditch cereal, eat real food.

I get unsweeten. I don't usually eat cereal just wanted to change up my breakfast a little

Far too much processed food, ditch it or waste away slowly. Less things made of processed wheat, more things made of unprocessed dead animal parts (land, air, or see creatures) and fresh things that grow on vines and tree's.

Supplement fish oil if you can.

I didn't think i had to much processed foods on there besides the chips and cereal. When I put in my next supplement order I will add some fish oil.

Thanks

Bread, noodles, cereal, and deli meat made up the majority of the things you listed. These are all heavily processed, and should be occasional at best rather than staples.

Try salads with real meat and dressing, real meat with steamed vegetables, stir fry's (not with vegetable oils), eggs, cultured/raw dairy, etc etc. Include some nuts and fruit. The possibilities are endless once you get the right principles down.
