After a break from BJJ. Let's say 6 months to a year. How long does the muscle memory usually take you to get back to the groove you had when you were training consistently?
I had about a year off from grappling when I was focusing on Muay Thai. It took me about 1-2 months to get back in the groove. Then again, I didn't have too much BJJ exp. prior. I've been on and off alot with grappling due to injuries or busy with striking.
These days I'm more serious about it, so I have more mat time compared to before.
