MouthGuards

I wanted to ask and see what type of mouthguards most guys are using in the fighting community as far as: Brand, single/double, boil and bite or custom fitted?

There are a few other unique styles by RDX I am considering using but am a bit worried the breathing air hole thing protrudes and might cut my lip? Does anyone have any experience with these?

Currently I am using Shurfit which is by far the best I have ever used:

And lastly let me say that I tried the everlast double mouthguard with the large breathing hole, it worked great but it had one major problem. The grey part sticks out/protrudes and it would cut my lip

i have only had it about 2 weeks and its only for about the first 15-20 mins. didnt actually know it was flavored till after i bought it lol

I got a custom mouthguard from sentinel mouthguard and it's perfect. It's a night and day difference from the old boil and bite. This fits perfectly and is much better protection. $100 is not a lot of money for extra protection against concussions and your teeth.
