How can it be possible, I thought I would lose weight but I am like more wider now

I thought the same thing too when I came back to training after surgery, but then I realized that I was just getting fat.
 
It's normal that you gain muscle from training hard. Most people don't because most often they are bitches and don't train hard (and eat trash and/or have trash genetics).
 
It's just water actually, the cytoplasm of the muscle cells increases because you make the work overtime, it's glucose water and calcium.
 
Noticed in class yesterday lot more people are ripped than those that come to Thai

What kind of guard should I focus on if I want to get a badonkadonk?
