Well, this is my first time going on a diet (for real) and I hope to drop a substantial amount of weight through diet and exercise. So, without further adou.

Age: 15
hieght: 5 feet 9 1/2 inches
weight: 185
goal: 150

I'm going to try to just eat 1500 calories a day, see if that works, and roll with it. I want to fight in mma and muay thai. Not proffesionally, unless I'm a mma demigod, just for fun and its a life goal of mine. If you have any suggestions then by all means leave a comment.

Breakfast: 2 eggs and half a beef sausage

Lunch: can of progresso chicken noodle soup

Dinner: pot roast and cake with icecream

total calories: 1700

not a great start but ill be improving after today.
