I threw up one minute into my long cycle set :(

Meanwhile, one of my coaches, who is a great human being, set a world record in long cycle marathon, being the first woman to complete a 30 minute set with the 24kg bell, with 218 reps.
 
Vids or it didnt happen.
Thats also a lot of work in 30 minutes for that size of a bell. I wonder what i can do with my 20kg.
 
Stop being so self critical.

I choked again in front of two world champions trying to coach me a long cycle set last night. Anxiety is a motherfucker.

Since the comp, i've thrown up literally every time i've had a set over 5 minutes long. Yesterday I kept on going, but that meant my shirt was just covered in it. Seriously fuck my anxiety.
