Walked into the gym this.morning w the intent on hitting some singles at 435. The first.was.effortless and I figured what the hell. Was going to load 475 but.after I put the first.side.on I realized I had a.25 and a 5 not a 10. Soar what the hell progress is progress and grabbed the bar. I tightened my belt for some unknown reason and it effected my set up. Couldn't get the kind of pelvic tilt/abdominal tighteness I've been using. Slow off the floor. Slow past the knees. Slow to lock out. Still +10.

Figured why not and thought about trying a +10/15 on bench. Was too slow on the.decent on 305 and realized enough is enough. 305 is a 97%. Not an easy lift. Gym total now 1185.
 
For reference.my deadlift yesterday was 2.18x bodyweight. When I hot 455 the ratio was 1.93x
 
A lot of guys don't, but then up not really caring anyway, apparently.


Moral of the Story:
What happens in Thailand....

This is true. I know several people who have had that experience, and have ended up saying "what the hell". I've also met a few guys who have become ladyboy devotees- with pre-op transexuals being their sexual partners of choice. And given the fact that every bar beer here has one, and there are some bar beers, even whole streets of them, which are only ladyboys, I would assume that there are quite a few people with that preference.
 
I have heard you say this before. It befuddles me.
