Sergei Kharitonov vs Anton Vyazigin , is official for the M-1 Challenge 92 , the 24 May 2018 .
So Kharitonov is done with Bellator for good I guess?
Sergei by (t)ko
Yea I dont get it...Maybe after racking up a good win streak in Russia he will come back to challenge the Grand Prix champ for the first defense of the title?
Good!!!! I don't know Vyazigin but apparently he's a big guy (taller than Sergei) that like to strike. Sounds like a fun fight!
Let's go for another KO Seryoga!
Sergei should spark this guy out pretty easily.
It means that Sergei Kharitonov will fight the Belgian Frederic Sinistra , the 30 may 2018 , in Russia .
Sergei Kharitonov vs Frédéric Sinistra , the fight will be Kick-Boxing .
Came here to post this. Sergei keeping busy!!!
but....but.....is he going to fight on may 24 (mma) and on may 30 (k1) ???????? i think it's almost imposible
I saw a yesterday interview:
Anton Vyazigin about the upcoming fight against Sergey Kharitonov:
I was very happy to get a chance to fight such a famous opponent as Sergey ! My trainer did not even ask me whether I want this fight, he said that it has to be done, so I just said “No questions, Sergey Igorevich!”
Of course, I feel some pressure, but you have to be able to handle the pressure, because it is a part of the game. I would not like to make any predictions, it's all in God's hands. My part is to train hard and hope that the hard work will pay for itself.
Sergey Kharitonov about the upcoming fight against Anton Vyazigin:
I have good a relationship with M-1 Global and personally with its president Vadim Finkelchtein, so I accepted the fight immediately. I did not study my opponent yet, but I know that Anton is a great young fighter, so I am happy that our fight will happen.
From the beginning I said that I do not care who my opponent is going to be, whoever you choose I will fight. That is not important for me whether my opponent is a foreigner or Russian, we are competing to be the best. I don’t think that his small height advantage will play an important role, because during the camp I have many different sparring partners, some of them are taller than me, some shorter, so anyway I will be ready.
Anton likes trading punches? That’s great, in that case fans will love the fight, we will put on a spectacular show!
Both fights are confirmed by the agent of Sergei Kharitonov .
Besides the UFC's lowball offers, this is the other reason Sergei loves working with Coker - loading up his pockets with outside fights.
(He is insanely confident or nuts having them a week apart, though)
a couple (maybe more) Russian Bellator fighters have deals where they can take outside fights in their homeland.
Are you Russian? Soviet block?
My mother's family is from Poland. Usually Polish people don't care for Russian but we've been to Russia and we all like them a lot. I even know a bit of Russian, it's a cool language.
Vyazigin is bigger, probably faster and is a power puncher. Kharitonov never had a granite chin, but at this point i've my doubts if he really can take a punch anymore, i know Kharitonov is much more experienced, more skilled and everything, but he looked like shit in his last fight. I'll go with Vyazigin by early KO.
