He will tap to strikes again. GSP is a quitter.
And by quitter you mean a 25-2 champion who avenged both losses.
He will tap to strikes again. GSP is a quitter.
I find it funny that people think GSP needs to take Bisping down to win.
GSP has one of the best jabs in the game and would nullify Bisping easily. GSP has beaten better stand up fighters when kept standing.
Bisping is volume and cardio. GSP wins it on the ground...if he can't keep bisping on the ground = no problem and he wins it standing.
This guy spends his whole career using his athleticism, exploiting guys with his wrestling.
Now he wants to MOVE UP. This is the same guy who gets battered and bruised in all of his last several fights, that is with a size, strength and wrestling advantage. Say what you want about Michael Bisping but that guy is a grinder and Chael Sonnen couldn't hold him down. What is GSP gonna do when he gets outboxed by Bisping, and then tries to take him down, but can't because now he is not only older, but has ring rust, has no size advantage, and the fact that Bisping will get up again and start jabbing him in the face.
GSP's boxing is only good when he has a wrestling safety net to fall back on. Take away that safety net, he will freak and panic and get knocked out.
