We know from an all access show that Khabib and friends ordered a round of Tiramisu "Russian Style" at some restaurant before one of his fights with Tony. The video showed his friends chowing down on it but they don't actually show Khabib eating it. It is edited in a way that makes it look like he is eating something (close up shot) but you can't see what that something is.
