Heres a rough translation. Must be an old ass poem because its kind of confusing me too.

The golden cloud was resting
At the peak of the mountain
In the morning it dissapeared
Then played happily in the blue sky
then the mountain cried alone

Thats all i got out of it shit is confusing as shit even i cant get it.
