Kevin Lee got USADA tested only once before UFN Atlantic city fight

Might be a good thing he is not tested more as he has what appears to be HGH bumps, lipohypertrophy. Lets hope he has another explanation for these marks.

Yea and in the picture everyone is posting on Jones and his "hgh bumps" he's got the same "injection marks" on his chest as well. Not saying that pro athletes aren't using anything but people need to calm the fuck down.

Meanwhile, Edson Barboza got tested 4 times. Is it fair?

So many things wrong with what you have said..

+ First up. Barboza wasnt "tested" 4 times, Edgar wasnt "tested" 6 times. the numbers on the USADA website are "sample count" and they can collect more than one sample in a visit, for instance, blood and urine in the same visit. Whether a fighter gets one sample or two sample collection can be entirely down to if there is a phlebotomist (specialised blood collecting doping control officer) available in that area

+ Secondly.. Frankie has fought twice this year, so some of his tests will be in relation to his previous fight.

+ Thirdly, the usada website update for last wednesday will only include testing up to aboiut sun/mon. So it wont have any samples collected the week of the fight, nor the fight night samples.

+ Fourth, testing is not random, nor should testing be predictable by being identical for every fighter.

The actual testing for those three fighters.

KEVIN LEE
7th March - 1 sample

FRANKIE EDGAR
17th january - 2 samples
28th February - 1 sample
Fight Night v Ortega - 1 sample
11th March - 2 samples

So Frankie was also only visited by testers ONCE in relation to his fight

EDSON BARBOZA
17th January - 2 samples
14th March - 2 samples

So Barboza has been visited TWICE by USADA in 2018 and once in relation to this fight

You might want to change your post to explain that all there of them only got visited by testers once in relation to their fights.. just in case people think you are correct

Seems fishy in my book... I get it it's random but Barboza 4 times and Lee only 1 ? that's a little too much disparity for my taste...

except thats not the case.

barboza was visited by testers once in relation to his fight. Edgar was visited once in relation to his fight. Lee was visited once in relation to his fight

and the data doesnt include any fight week testing

ALL THREE OF THEM WERE VISITED BY TESTERS ONCE IN RELATION TO THE WEEKENDS FIGHTS - ALL EXACTLY THE SAME

It's meant to be random

no, its not meant to be random. its never been random. its never going to be random. and nobody from usada would ever call it random.

its "strategic intelligence based unanounced testing"

Dude, I was playing poker one night, and this guy got dealt a better hand than me, three times in a row..... I mean, that's gotta be impossible right? It's not fair and he must have CIA connections, right?

But but buutttt HGH bumps bro....

Thanks for the info but why 1 sample and not 2 sometimes? Aren't they supposed to take two so they have an A sample and a B sample? Why wouldn't they do it everytime? Any particular reason?

you misunderstand.

sample 1 = urine
sample 2 = blood
rare occasions you get
sample 3 = blood for hgh analysis

each sample is split to two yes (a/b), but for all intents and purposes they are treated as a single sample for public recording purposes.

So if usada report 1 sample collected its usually urine, if its 2 samples collected that means blood and urine.

(the reason they dont collect blood every visit is that has traditionally needed a specialist doping control officer trainer to take blood.. but that will be changing as they have a new method for collecting blood so we will see more 2 sample sessions https://mma-today.com/ufc-usada-trialing-cutting-edge-anti-doping-method)

Ok thanks man

So if we are gonna accuse Lee of HGH, I can accuse GSP of it too right? he even has the HGH gut to go with it....

Basically this is dumb

So does Jon Jones and Vitor....those guys were busted for PED use.

Dim space cleared it all up props to him.

That is just a pretend number they put up. I believe the Barbosa data, and am surprised he didn't get tested even more times, just to annoy him, because he isn't a favored son, but I'd be surprised Lee was even tested once. Remember that the paperwork got out, were it stated how the UFC basically can overrule USADA or just exempt anyone at any time. USADA is the fakest thing ever.

If Kevin Lee is natural I'll eat a dick

He must have like 2% level genetics to be that lean with that much muscle

Bullshit

Considering his somehow high profile there should be a minimum of testing.

Lol I dont get why you're so caught up on that. It seems almost every Kevin Lee thread you make the same or similar cornball Asian joke.
Because the UFC refuses to play up his blood relation to Bruce Lee as they feel associating MMA with an actor is bad for the image.

But truth is truth. Kevin does have some of Bruce's blood flowing in his veins and he's obviously making it work in MMA so hats off to him.
