Is it normal to get pain in hips and knees after deadlifting heavy?

age will be a factor, consistency of your heavy deadliest or working out in general and how good/shitty your mobility is

That crap started in 30s. Body doesn't like heavy weights as much. Have to stick with very strict forms and go slower now.

the older i get the longer i need to warm up, thats just me.

same with staying up on my mobility game helps me stay pain free. also not doing shit that hurts or just making modifications

mobility gets more important every year.
