for a guy of his height/frame size he should easily be able to hover at around 200lbs or less but he makes it seem like maintaining that kind of weight involves one to starve themself to death

I'm not a professional athlete and I know it's really hard and mentally grueling to stay in tip top shape year in and year out but when your livelihood depends on it, I can't help but shake my head at a lot of the UFC fighters that are in horrendous shape. Just laziness.
