Ring girls is one of the stupidest things ever in the history of stupid things. Adds literally nothing. Even if I was a horny teenager, in what way does a couple of seconds of some porn looking chick going to add any value? The MMA world would be a better place if no time was spent on talking about girls (or boys) whose greatest achievement is waving to the camera for 5 seconds a couple of times every other weekend.
