You know what else they made clear

<JonesLaugh>

Officially cleared by Richard McLaren

Yeah the same people who said Jon Jones is innocent. Get that trash out of here they have no integrity.

They're right. Anyone on here that's familiar with sports/bodybuilding supplements knows how often they're pulled off of the shelf for banned ingredients. I've personally taken 6 over the years that have been pulled for either being an unlabeled pro-hormone or having straight test in it. (The first "T-Bomb" being one of them which was sold at every GNC (and other nutrition stores) for a couple of years.) It's not going to stop.

So if they find the supplements are tainted that’s the fighters fault?

Why doesn’t the ufc use onnit or make their own supplements ?

Do "legitimate" supplements even make a difference?

Nothing besides creatine has been shown to actually make a real difference in terms of performance. Things like preworkouts only work because they contain caffeine which is a legal ped.

I think the Demetrious Johnson approach is the best.. just dont take that shit.

Supplements are bullshit.

Just go with water and food.
