If i register for a tournament and have to pull out due to injury am I just SOL? I know they don't offer refunds but can they just apply to fee I already payed to some other tournament instead?

I would try to e-mail them. Not sure if you'll get your money back or a transfer but it couldn't hurt. I've gotten refunds before, but only when there was no one in my division.
