I need help identifying an SNES fighting game

Hi fellas, not sure if there's a thread for this sort of thing, if so please merge it

For years I've remembered playing this fighting game with my cousin, where in it I'd play a character that was like a slender ice blue colored alien type thing. Kind of like a blue Cinder

and one of the attacks was it morphed into a hammer type thing and I'd stomp the shit out of her lol (making her super pissed )

It looked something like this, but with a shorter handle

I don't remember it being as dark as Mortal Kombat, more Street Fighter style (hell, for all I know it could be a Street Fighter game).

Any ideas?
