Hulu v.s. Netflix: Which Streaming Site is better?

I currently have Netflix, but am considering a Hulu subscription too. Is it worth getting Hulu? If so, should I drop Netflix? Are the more premium features worth it on Hulu?

Netflix is probably better for the average person. That being said, Hulu has a lot of shows and movies that netflix doesn't and vice versa. For example Hulu has way, way more anime than Netflix does. It depends on what you're into.

If you have cable, Netflix wins in a landslide.

If you cut the cord, it's a toss-up depending on what kind of content you want.

Hulu has lots of anime, new shows from multiple channels, movies from Epix, etc.

Netflix has way better original programming, movies from Disney/Marvel, all the CW shows a week after the season ends, hundreds of foreign shows/movies, etc

I pay $44 a month for Hulu

I get around 40 live channel espn, cbs, fs1, fox, fxx, fx, tbs, tnt, USA ect

Then I also get the regular Hulu app with it

That YouTube and hbo is all I need

So my entertainment bill is $60 a month

I never have issues with their app but have had several with Netflix.

Amazon prime might be the best deal, you pay $99 for guaranteed 2 day shipping and then you get their t.v./movie catalog for 1 year.

Thats around $8 a month.

The downside is they don't stream regular cable shows. So no AMC, etc.

Netflix offers hd and 4hd for $11.99 a month

Hulu does stream regular cable shows but they dont stream AMC.

They do have cbs, fox, fx, fxx, ESPN and FS1 along with a whole lot more

The on demand selection is pretty good as well
