How would the rankings/ landscape of WMMA change with UFC 1 Rules (+no groins shots)?

Just wondering. It said only eye gouging and biting was against the rules in UFC 1, and that these were only enforced via a $1500 fine each time. Also, um, let's say for the sake of argument they also didn't allow "groin" shots.

Would Ronda still have run rough shot against almost a dozen opponents like she did? How many times would JJ have been finished by now ? Would KO go up? Would medical bills? Would early stoppages be even more common?

Woulda loved to have seen Ronda fight in a Gi. Would NOT love to see ANY fighter punched in the back of the head. Pretty sure UFC 1 the ref couldn't stop the fight and John McCarthy had a huge problem with that and so would I.
