How was Wilson Reis booked to fight Mighty Mouse before Formiga?

None of this is to say that I think Formiga will have much of a chance against Mighty Mouse. That human back pack stuff won't work in a title fight.

Because hes beaten everyone else in the division, Formiga was coming off a loss and Reis was the highest ranked opponent coming off a win that DJ hadn't faced.
