What do you guys think, 2 to 3 months? 4 to 6 weeks?

What's the sweet spot?

Probably depends on whether or not the fighter stays in shape year round, as he should if he’s a true professional, and the opponent he is facing. I don’t think a training camp should be used as some sort of fat farm to get an out of shape fighter into shape.

I generally do a 5 to 6 week camp. But I also train at least 2x (4 hours a session) + road work, when I'm out of camp.

6 weeks should be enough if the fighter is in good shape before camp.

Its going to depend on where your starting from ....

But in shape already been training skills already with fight experience.. .

Probably 6 to 8 weeks ...
