The obesity and the illness. It's like the chicken and the egg. When people point at the illness, it's kinda odd because on some level they have to realize that if they had stayed in better shape then it would be harder for an illness to develop in the first place.

I think they're more likely to attempt to do something to change it if they're told "you're in cycle of bad choices and bad decisions when it comes to your diet and exercise regimen" but when people tell them "we ran some tests and the reason you're overweight is you have xyz illness" they're more inclined to ask for a prescription or surgery options to 'heal' them...
